Minutes from Mindbridge SuperCommittee Meeting at ICON43 October 6, 2018
- Call to Order
- Supercommittee elects At-Large member of Mindbridge Board of Directors at each ICON for a 2 year term staggered so one each year. Jon Maakestad is up for election this year. Asked for nominations, Jon and one other were nominated, other declined. Group voted for Jon so his new term expires at the ICON in 2020.
- ICON44 concom is looking at an ad at WisCon
- AI is looking at 2020 bids at two different locations. Writing new 2019 budget at their upcoming staff meeting
- Gamicon has three GOH, one is Video Gamer. Everything is moving forward OK
- 13th Annual Iowa City Zombie March is Saturday October 13th at Happy Hollow Park, 3:30 pm for makeup help, 5 pm for start of the march
- Adam Brower suggested a small committee to manage storage lockers with at least one person from each convention
- SuperCommittee meeting adjourned
