      2. Close to breaking numbers for attendees 3,600. Final count will be available at August Mindbridge Meeting

    3. Book Group
      1. Thursday Aug 8th book A Memory Called Empire (Teixcalaan, #1) by Arkady Martine is At Panera on Edgewood Rd in Cedar Rapids at 6pm.
      2. Thursday Sept 12th will be a general discussion covering the books that we have read and those we would like to read.
  6. Anybody wanting to become Mindbridge Members: 6 new people that are interested in Mindbridge, but none eligible

  8. New Business
    1. Concerns about AnimeIowa that were brought up. A followup meeting will be held with Mindbridge Board and AI leadership to address. Tentatively scheduled for Aug 17th.

      1. Website information concerns regarding accuracy and timeliness.
      2. Organization and Communication concerns about performances and Guest handling
      3. Concerns regarding leadership training

Next meeting will be Wed Aug 7th @ 7pm online and in person at the ARC in Iowa City ARC 2401 Towncrest Dr 2401 Iowa City, IA. Across the street from the church of the Nazarene, two blocks from the old building.
