      1. Happening now and has been lots of fun
      2. 3 thousand attendance
   2. ICON (Oct 14-16, 2022)
      1. Next meeting August 13 10am in person and online Coralville library
      2. Website is almost up
      3. Positions open
      4. ConCom has bid up for 2023 review. Vote September.
      5. Theme we only work in Outer Space. Midwest talent. How to get published.
   3. Gamicon (Next Gamicon Feb 24-26, 2023)
      1. Going well.
      2. Giving away a Gamicon membership for 2023
      3. Open staff positions Security and Volunteers
7. Other Projects
   1. Game Library – Michele
      1. At Anime Iowa going well
      2. Lots of checkouts
   2. Video Game Library – Adam
      1. At Anime Iowa
      2. New games Tikico Drum game
      3. More attendance than last year
      4. Looking for another person to help Coordinate.
   3. Book Group: August 15th @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Lovecraft Country by Matt Ruff. Online, please talk to Cath or Michele for link if needed

   1. Liz’s board position up for election.
   2. Sheril would like to be a board member with sponsoring Helia can be a Junior member. Will need to be added to the bylaws.
