2. Treasurer’s Report (Jon): Up 47,000

5. Convention Reports
   1. AnimeIowa (July 22-24, 2022)
      1. Staff meeting July 9th, 2 pm Hybrid at the Coralville Hyatt and online.
      2. Convention is less than a month away!
   2. ICON (Oct 14-16, 2022)
      1. Staff meeting Saturday July 9th, 10 am, online and in person Coralville Library
      2. Less than a month out from the new website launch.
      3. Trekfest went well with lots of interest in ICON from there.
      4. Preliminary budget for next year proposed, will have more details provided before the AnimeIowa mindbridge meeting.
   3. Gamicon (Next Gamicon Feb 24-26, 2023)
      1. Staff meeting Sat July 17 at 6pm, online through Discord
      2. Announced Guest of Honor, check out the website for more info
      3. Gamicon is looking for additional staff, including a security person
6. Other Projects
   1. Game Library – Michele
      1. Games purchased for the game library
      2. Second Origami shelf bought from proceeds from Game sales.
      3. Game Demos every Tuesday 5:30 pm at Geek City
   2. Video Game Library (Adam): N/a
   3. Book Group: July 18th @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Lovecraft Country by Matt Ruff. Online, please talk to Cath or Michele for link if needed
7. Old Business
   1. ICON would like to make a proposal for a loan for signage from Mindbridge $1000. Will present a requisition request at the next Mindbridge meeting.
   2. At AnimeIowa, Liz’s board position will be up for election.
8. New Business
   1. ICON 48 budget – will be amended and resent
   2. Next Meeting: Sun Aug 24th at 9am at AnimeIowa
