    1. Gamicon (Feb 25-27, 2022)
      1. Next staff meeting Sun Feb 6, 6 pm on Discord
      2. People are needed for load and set up. Meet at the Coralville Mall Food Court – 5:30 pm on Thursday 24th
      3. Program is almost done
      4. Getting Merchandise up for sale
      5. Getting some event signed up-down from last year
      6. Hotel Block ends tomorrow.
      7. 10 nights short of filling the hotel block
      8. No sponsor breakfast
      9. 61 Play to win games at the convention
    2. AnimeIowa (July 22-24, 2022)
      1. Next meeting Saturday Feb 12, 2 pm

    1. Game Library-Michele
      1. R&R Games donated 13 games to the library for check outs
      2. 61 Play to win games at the convention
      3. Using Look at a List for suggestions for Games
      4. Need volunteers for Gamicon
    2. Video Game Library
      1. Assets are back from Alex Philip’s family
      2. Family is donating games and Anime
      3. Bring Your Own Switch area in the video game for future conventions
      4. Would need Mounts for Switch
      5. Possible Liability issues
      6. Will look into it for future conventions
    3. Book Group: Monday February 7th The Dragons of Heaven by Alyc Helms 6pm online through Zoom. Talk to Cath or Michele for link

    1. Mindbridge Secretary -Jessica Penticoff volunteered and Mindbridge Membership coordinator -Lyz Edward volunteered

      1. Wanted to start taking pre-reg for next year at Convention
      2. Wanting to suspend the two meeting for bid-Board Approves voting today
      3. Change in registration prices from $20 to $25 pre-reg and $35
      4. Vote taken and passed
    4. Treasure Retreat-online March 19th 1PM, Any Mindbridge member can attend
    5. Annual MB meeting May
      1. Will decide date in April
      2. Maybe picnic or integrated meeting at Coralville Library
