    1. Gamicon
      1. Nearly beat ICON for attendance, 523 people!!!
      2. Signed contract for Gamicon 25 Mn, Feb.26-28, 2016 at the Iowa City Sheraton.
      3. 56 visitor badges (may call NPC badge next year)
      4. sold over 300 lots at auction
      5. $419.50 gamcon, VA $627
      6. 55 unique buyers
      7. hotel next year will have space downstairs for sell food

      1. Denny meeting with art museum Thursday on this Fall’s art show, needs contact info for several artists yet.
      2. Cath brought up GOH planning for 2017, suggestion to set up a pre-planning committee of 3 to 5 people for all three conventions to help with GOHs and Hotel for 2+ years out.
  4. Other Projects
    1. Game Library — The Hobby Corner Friday, March 6th, 5-8 pm, Qin (sounds like chin)
    2. Book Group: Monday March 23rd, 6 pm, Coffeesmiths, Heroes Die by Matthew Woodring Stover.
  5. Old Business
    1. Purchasing Video Game items for Mindbridge is complete.
    2. AnimeIowa trademark needs to be renewed before it expires
    3. Board budgeting retreat Sunday Mar 22nd at 1:30 PM at Denny’s
  6. New Business
    1. Paying ahead for AI 2018 and AI 2019.
    2. Jon and Tracie are going to look at square stand to see if it works with ipad mini, android tablet and android phone
    3. New/more Credit Card readers for the conventions (Jon will discuss): MB has 4 square readers which can be used with ipad, apple iphone and android phones, just need to pre-arrange with Jon M. which could be done for art show folks, etc.
    4. Jim Castlebury may not be able to be concom for Gamicon 2016 as he’ll have a 4 month old then. Congrats Jim!
  7. Next Meeting: April 1st, 2015 at ARC of Southeast Iowa 7 pm
  8. Skipping May MB meeting and doing a group Avengers movie trip instead at Cedar Rapids Galaxy 16 at 7ish pm on Friday May 1st
  9. June 3 meeting will be at Denny’s instead of in IC
