    5. Turned in Gamicon 2016 Bid (Gamicon Magnesium 25th Element for 25th Gamicon) Pat McCauley, Jim Castlebury and Shawn Johnson execs

    1. Dana Beatty is no longer PR head.
    2. Ideas for 40: NASA Astronaut, Skeptic Panels, Svenghoulie, Vincent Price Daughter, Greg Frost. They need a PR person and a Dealer person.
    3. Reg so far 106 Adult at ICON 39, 2 Youths, 20 volunteer comps, 2 database comps, 4 Benefactors and 1 comp Pro.
  6. Game Library — New storage tub, new games: Timeline, 7 Wonders, Quarriors and Escape.
  7. Book Group

    2. Feb. 16 Patrick Rothfuss, The Slow Regard of Silent Things
    3. Mindbridge reads year end prizes — 4 $25 dollar winners: John Johnson, Mark McKibben, Steve Tait, and Sara Castlebury.
    4. None of the winners were present and need to contact Michele Maakestad for your prize. Next year winners will need to be present to win. Total books read by eligible readers was 783 books. Great job everyone.
  8. Storage Locker — Marty is AWESOME!!! The new locker is ready for transfer of AI items. The old locker has been reorganized. We need a new step ladder.
  9. Next meeting at ARC of Southeast Iowa, Feb. 4th There will be votes on AI 2016 and Gamicon Mg(2016).
