Mindbridge General meeting at ICON, Noon Nov 2, 2019

1. Called to Order
2. Reading of minutes waived
3. Convention reports
   1. Gamicon
      1. Went really well, made money, registrations up from last year
      2. using tabletop.events for registration and game sign up this year
      3. Suggestion to have more Legos
   2. AnimeIowa 2019
      1. Had major issues with the event location
      2. Need staff recruitment head, IT head, making progress in AI 2020
   3. ICON
      1. Numbers up, going good
      2. had recommendation for programming suggestion form to add check box to say if willing to run/coordinate panel vs not
4. Other Projects
   1. Game library
      1. at ICON, doing good
      2. Jim Castlebury is co-head
      3. ICON dealer Mythica Games donated a game
   2. Video Game library – at ICON, doing good.

   1. Received 2 bids for ICON 45 (2020), they will be sent out to the Mindbridge email list and voted on at the December 4th meeting
   2. Tony and Jessica Penticoff asked to be approved as members. Passed unanimously.
   3. Meeting adjourned.

2. Lyz Edwards was nominated to fill the 2 year board position. Passed unanimously.
