      1. Announced they are going virtual for February 2021

      1. Getting bids for department heads
      2. Sheril got email from Hotel asking if they wanted to change dates for the 2022 bid, moved it up a week
      3. Charity will be Anime for Humanity
      4. Next meeting Nov 14th, 2 pm, online
   3. ICON
      1. Had post mortem meeting
      2. V-ICON had good attendance, had about 120 discord users, over 1000 video on demand viewers; Wylde Nept and TICC 19 were highest viewed
      3. Discord chat went very well
      4. Looking at continuing use of Discord for future ICON’s
      5. Working on planning for ICON
      6. Robin Buskirk will be new treasurer

      1. doing OK, got a new game Gris
      2. Will be watching and supporting Desert Bus For Hope
      3. Looking for some people to join the video game library

   1. SuperCom meeting – vote on BOD member replacing Jon Maakestad.
   2. Amanda Bowersox is interested in running for BOD. Voted in for a 2 year term.
   3. Extra-Life with Team Gamicon, Saturday , November 7th, from 8am-midnight-ish
   4. The Writers Room is sponsoring I.O.W.A. (Imagine Other Worlds with Authors) this coming weekend Nov 7-8, 2020
   5. Tony Penticoff will be the new President of Mindbridge
