      2. Had about 3,700 attendees
      3. Will ask staff to send in at least one positive thing that happened in their department
      4. Coming next year: AnimeIowa July 12-14, 2019 at the Des Moines IEC.

      2. Was at OnIowa at UI IMU all four nights, went very well and definitely want to do it again next year. The UI RPG Club was there and the Board Game Club is planning on coming to Gamicon.

    1. Discussed AI final numbers and budget
    2. ARC of SE Iowa is doing their Fund Raiser again this year at Kinnick Stadium during home games (Sep 1, 8, 15 and 22, Oct 20, Nov 10 and 23. If you can help please contact Mariah Simmons at 319-351-5017 or email at mariahsimmons @ arcsei.org
    3. Saturday October 13th, 2019 at 3 pm – The 13th Annual Iowa City Zombie March
  7. New Business
    1. AI looking at banner stands, can get them for $101 each if buy at least 12; Michele will research options.
    2. Extra Life Gaming to benefit the Children’s Miracle Network will be Saturday Nov 3rd at The Hobby Corner of Iowa City starting at 10 AM for 24 hours, it’s a good cause and fun. You don’t have to actually be there all 24 hours.
    3. John Johnson asked to borrow one screen for the evening of September 17th, moved, seconded and passed.
