Mindbridge Meeting Minutes May 2, 2018 at 7 PM Denny’s

      1. Next meeting Saturday May 19, 2:30 PM, Schwab auditorium Coralville Public Library
      2. Jenny Carhoff (jennycarhoff@gmail.com) is looking for people to be in parades – Coralville 10 AM July 4, TrekFest Sat June 30; Need to know who is willing to join her by May 19th, this is a great opportunity for FREE publicity for ICON, Gamicon and AnimeIowa.
      3. Jenny is volunteering her jeep and flatbed trailer!
      4. TrekFest June 30th, 2018, 10 AM – Parade through Riverside
      5. 4thFest Parade July 4 at 10:00 am

      1. Next meeting Sunday June 10, 6 pm for food, 6:30 for meeting at North Liberty Pizza Ranch; meeting after that may be July 22

    3. Video Game Library – Adam got a copy of Super Smash Brothers Melee

    1. Mitch Thompson talked about “Saving Brinton”, Michael Zahs restoration project of 100+ year old films. Board approved $499 and Denny Lynch added in $1 for a $500 pledge from Mindbridge.
    2. Mindbridge Annual Meeting – Sunday, June 3, 11 AM, Days Inn, 704 1st Ave, Coralville, IA 52241
    3. Adam asked for 3 LCD projectors and bags, totalling $1,740?; ?Moved to approve, seconded, passed.
  8. Quote of the day – “We had Spring this year, it was about 5 hours long the other day!”
