      1. Coming up soon, February 23-25, 2018 at Cedar Rapids Marriott
      2. Have revised 2020 contract, Shawn will sign tonight.
      3. Have met room block requirement per Shawn Johnson
      4. Tim entered events into Warhorn, looking for alternative for next year
      5. Next staff meeting Feb 18 at 4 pm, Tom and Amanda Bowersox home in CR
      6. Had game library at Cedar Rapids ComicCon, went well
      7. Doing ConBucks this year like ICON
      8. Locker run Thursday Feb 22, need helpers to load & unload
    2. AnimeIowa
      1. Next meeting Sat Feb 10 at 2 PM, Waterfront HyVee in Iowa City behind the toilet paper (in room there). Party weenies will be available.
      2. Will be doing an inventory Sunday Feb 11 starting about 11:30 AM at storage locker
      3. Need staff both facing and behind the scene

      1. Next staff meeting Saturday March 3 at 1:30 pm in Coralville Public Library
      2. Dates and locations are on the ICON web site and on SignUpGenius
      3. Looking for Art Show subhead
      4. Looking for assistant treasurer to work under Victoria

      6. Working on revised budget
      7. ICON will be hosting a room party at Gamicon on Friday Feb 23

    1. Contract for MB with U-haul – signed, working out a few rough spots with reserving trucks
    2. Director and Officer Insurance(Jon or John) – signed

    1. Capital Request for ICON(Jenny) – Spark Photo booth, discussed and deferred to March meeting
    2. Capital Request for AnimeIowa #1(Adam) – 3 laptops,2 tablets, $1,163.95 -discussed and deferred to March meeting
    3. Capital Request for AnimeIowa #2(Adam) – Tech, 5 projectors, 5 screens, 2 TV’s, mixers, etc, $7,348.76 – discussed and deferred to March meeting
    4. Reimbursement Request (Jon) – for $49.99 for Adobe Creative Suite for one month – board approved.
    5. July Meeting date – regular date would be July 4th, was suggested to meet at Jenny’s for food, beverage and celebrations – discussed, will be discussed more at upcoming meetings.
    6. New member – Chelsea Eldeen – voted in, congrats Chelsea!
