      1. Getting registrations and Dealers
      2. working on logistics for Gamicon Catan National Qualifier Tournament
      3. Staff meeting Sun Jan 28 at North Liberty Pizza Ranch, 5 PM for food, 5:30 PM for meeting
      4. Gamicon is coming up in about six weeks!
    2. AnimeIowa: Staff meeting Sat Jan 13, 2 PM in the Des Moines IEC room 308

      1. Staff meeting Sat Jan 20, 1:30 PM at the Coralville Public Library
      2. Jenny has gifts she bought personally for all who attend the meeting
      3. Need volunteers and especially guest liaisons

      2. More info when we discuss CR Comic Con
    2. Book Group – Mon Jan 22, 6 PM, Scooter’s Coffee, The Vessel of Ra by Catherine Schaff-Stump.
    3. Video Game Library: Acquired 2 used Nintendo switches, SNES Classic, got broken TV repaired, suggest keep beverages away from TV’s, etc

      1. Adam Brower, Alyssa Kritz, Robin Buskirk, Kerry Lambrecht
      2. Amended budget for July 12-14, 2019 at DM IEC
      3. Moved to accept, seconded and passed
      4. Contract for MB with Uhaul (Skylar) making progress, probably may be finalized by next meeting

      Cedar Rapids GAMICON GM Party, Sun Jan 14, Hobby Corner CR, in Lindale Mall, 4444 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402, Noon to 5 PM
      Note – these parties are the DEADLINE to pre-register for GAMICON!
    2. CR Comic Con, Sat Feb 3, 2018. Gamicon Staff are asking for help on loading on Friday Feb 2 and take down on Saturday including return to storage locker
      Jenny volunteered pickup and trailer, need helpers
    3. Gamicon 28 NI bid (Tim Rudzianski, Keeghan Reynolds, Sean Howard) submitted for Feb 22-24 2019 at CR Marriott, discussed, moved to accept, seconded and passed
