      1. Next staff meeting: March 26,6:30 pm, location TBA
      2. Had 421 attendees of which 116 ATD, Sat 53, 18 sponsors.
      3. Shawn has contract for February 23-25, 2018 signed and sent to Marriott.
      4. Someone was asked about fireballs on Friday night.

    1. Capital Expenditures (Adam)
      1. AI AMV laptop for $652.94. AI has been using a person’s laptop for several years and it died. Deferred while Jon, Adam and Robin work on th pro an Electronic Liability Policy for Mindbridge owned assets such as laptops.
      2. AI Photography department – Camera. Discussed, moved, seconded and passed.
    2. Mindbridge Ban Policy – deferred until next meeting
    3. Inventory Checkout Policy – deferred until next meeting
    4. Treasury & BOD Retreat Saturday March 18, Iowa City Public Library Room C, start about 3 pm, may have to relocate at 4 pm.
