    1. ICON
      1. ICON 42 web site is up with ability to reserve hotel rooms.
      2. Online pre-registration will be up by Thanksgiving.
      3. Couple t-shirts left over.
      4. Brian A is working on detailed room drawings for the CR Marriott and is sharing with Gamicon.
    2. Gamicon
      1. Emails sent to game masters of previous year.
      2. Registration is open!
      3. Requested everyone plug Gamicon. Ask ICON to plug Gamicon to ICON folks. ConCom42 put plug on ICON web site and on facebook.
      4. Next staff meeting Sunday Nov 20 6:30 PM at Susan & Nigels.
    3. AnimeIowa
      1. Next AI staff meeting Saturday Nov 5 2PM at Coralville Marriott.
      2. May be able to get a storage locker a lot closer to the Mindbridge locker.
  5. Other Projects
    1. Game Library – Report from ICON. (Michele)
      1. Two games were donated, will go to the auction at Gamicon.
      2. Cedar Rapids Comic Con is renting the Mindbridge Game Library on Saturday Feb 4, 2017 at the CR Doubletree. Need a few volunteers to help, Michele has a few free passes for helpers.
    2. Book Group: Monday, November 21st, 6 pm, Scooter’s Coffee (formerly Coffeesmith’s), The Lives of Tao by Wesley Chu (ICON42 Author Guest of Honor).
  6. Old Business
    1. Lawyer (Adam) – Should have update at the next meeting.
  7. New Business
    1. Extra Life marathon, Saturday, November 5th at The Hobby Corner, Iowa City, 10am-10am.
    2. Board moved & passed to match $499 for the ICON charities.
    3. ICON request for powered speakers, ICON will investigate options.
    4. Bid for ICON 43 (2018) was discussed. Board set bid deadline for Jan 4, 2017 meeting.
    5. Jenny Carhoff and Christopher Harmon asked to be Mindbridge members. Moved and passed by all including Denny’s cat.
    6. Happy Birthday Denny.
    7. From Oct 29 meeting at ICON – Jon Maakestad was reelected to board.
