  1. Treasurer report: Listed convention and MB balances
  2. All Computers ordered are here except for one.
  3. Tech gear is ordered.
  4. AnimeIowa
    1. AI is making progress for July 24-26, 2015 and for Des Moines in 2018.
    2. AI is looking for more staff members. Have 1862 pre-registrations so far.
  5. ICON – will be October 16-18 2015 at the downtown Cedar Rapids Doubletree.
  6. Gamicon
    1. Will be at the Iowa City Sheration February 26-28, 2016.
    2. May expand into the Hotel Vetro.
    3. Looking for additional volunteers.
  7. Old Business: Looking at Square Stand – may need full size IPAD – Proposal coming.
  8. New Business
    1. ICON 41 preliminary proposal submitted with three possible dates and concom of Susan Leabhart, Megan Dean and Jenny Carhoff. Board requested preliminary budget be submitted also.
    2. Moved to have proposed ICON 41 concom be pre-planning committee to talk to hotel for Fall 2016 dates. Pre-planning committee motion Passed.
    3. Sparky offered to build cases to hold Tech items including projectors, etc. Moved to have him submit proposal with costs. Passed.
    4. Joan and Adam (aka wonder twins) Board Position up for vote. Approved.
