Minutes for February 6th Mindbridge Meeting

1. Call to Order
2. Minutes from the January Meeting were not read, but were posted on the Mindbridge website.
3. Highlights from the Treasurer’s Report were read.
4. Gamicon
   1. 215 Gaming tables have been scheduled.
   2. No more GM registration.
   3. Budget and Bid for 2014 Gamicon circulated. Vote at March meeting.
   4. Meeting Sunday at Nigel and Susan’s.
5. AnimeIowa
   1. Preregistration now open.
   2. Next meeting —February 9th 2:00 pm at the Coralville Marriot. Volunteer Recruitment Meeting.
6. ICON
   1. Thanks to John Johnson for work on website.
   2. Greg Frost expenses approved by membership.
7. Other Projects
   1. Game Library — currently in disarray. Should be organized soon.
   2. Book Group — February 11th at Coffee Smiths in Cedar Rapids at 6 pm. They will be discussing Flash Gold by Lindsay Buroker.
   3. Film Group — February 22nd at the Mark and Michelle McKibben home at 6:30 pm. They will be viewing Star Trek (2009).

   1. Some discussion of use of “GoTo Meeting” for long distance members of concoms.
