    1. Staff Meeting Saturday November 14th at 2:00 PM at the Coralville Convention Center.
  7. Preplanning Committee Report
    1. Nothing to do right now, but looking for two more at large members to fill out the committee.
    2. Nominations were accepted for Ryan Kopf & Steve Tait
  8. Old Business
    1. Office Space Update — looking at a new location in North Liberty.
    2. Funds were authorized to trademark AnimeIowa, Gamicon, and possibly the Mindbridge Foundation.
    3. New possible project was discussed, QC-Anime Zing.
      1. Payment for Hotel deposit was arranged
      2. support offered pending various requirements requested by the Board of Directors.
  9. New Business
    1. New members Patrick Murphy and Tracey Mackey were inducted into Mindbridge.
  10. Announcements
    1. Book Group will be meeting at 6:00 pm on November 23rd at Coffee Talk Café. They will be discussing The Secret History of Moscow by Ektarina Sedia.
    2. Film Group will be meeting at 7:00 pm on November 25th at the McKibben home. They will be discussing Blade Runner and Cherry 2000.
    3. Due to corrosion the locks on the gaming library trunks have been damaged. New locks were authorized.
