    1. AnimeIowa meeting at 2 pm March 8, 2008.
    2. Mailer is coming together
    3. Open Pre-registration on their web site.
    4. Pay pal is still coming up.
    5. Still looking for some positions.

    1. Not a lot going on right now.
    2. Pre-planning for art show.
    3. Registration open for while

    5. Mugs for sale. $8
    6. Website plans: Up and coming.
    7. Thinking about changing Pay Pal accounts.
  6. Gamicon
    1. The best weather we’ve had for a Gamicon in five years.
    2. 217 attended.
    3. 270 was our budgeted break even point.
    4. Cancellations due to the weather of some dealers and presenters.
    5. Overall, a good time was had by all.
    6. We have yet to look at the budget and how we did.

    1. Game Library
      1. Games were sold and more games will be purchased.
      2. Gamicon donated games to game library
  9. Old Business
    1. Gamicon Bid: Postponed until figures, then vote on the bid.
    2. Mindbridge Book Discussion: postponed.
    3. Updating the Mindbridge Fliers: postponed.
    4. Safe Deposit Box: Christine?
  10. New Business
    1. Technology Committee? Back up power adaptors?
    2. Spring Picnic: Dan Wojcik
    3. Database update
      1. Send out a postcard
      2. Send out electronic versions
      3. Also weed out database
      4. Lindsay would be willing to spearhead this.
      5. We can probably due some pruning beforehand.
      6. Require an email check off on con information

    4. We should make an effort to be more current more often with our tech. (i.e. Steve and limbo)
    5. Mark updated the Mindbridge website. Kudos to him.

    1. Steve picked up and paid for taxes.

    4. Bill Albert has a book coming out
    5. Marty’s award has been accepted on Marty’s behalf. He need no longer worry about it chasing him at meetings, and should come back.
