      2. Graduation Reception/party/cookout/gameday/hangout thing for Rhi Sunday, May 25 Come by, wish Rhi well, eat, play games and visit.
        1. Iowa City, City Park, Shelter #8 (The brown enclosed one in the center of lower city park.)
        2. 10am-after supper sometime. We have the shelter until 11pm, but probably, maybe won’t stay quite THAT late.
      3. The July meeting is on the 2nd. Should we move it to the 9th?: i. We will be keeping it at the same date
      4. Scottish Rite Game Day is happening every month, Second Saturday of each month, subject to change – 9 AM to 5 PM
      5. Would Game Library or anyone else be interested in running tables/games? No cost if so.

Next meeting will be Wed June 4th ,2025 @ 7pm online and in person at the ARC in Iowa City ARC 2401 Towncrest Dr 2401 Iowa City, IA. Across the street from the church of the Nazarene, two blocks from the old building.

    1. Jenny wants to change locks as soon as possible. Jenny will announce today and in 2 weeks the locks will be changed.
    2. Jenny and Alliance to review and revise proposed bylaw updates, to present revised version at future meeting.
      1. Suggested Updates: Exception allowed for video game or other approved batteries as exceptions to risk for flammable.
      2. Suggested Updates: Making a ruling to have batteries removed from electronics and stored in a separate place.
      3. Suggested Updates: Cardboard boxes may be stored for the month prior to a convention with Storage Committee approval, but should not be put back in their cardboard box after the convention is over.

      1. ICON 49.5/50 meeting was held January 25, 2025, at the Iowa City Public Library.
      2. Next ICON meeting is Saturday, February 22, 2025 , 2-5pm, Iowa City Public Library, Meeting Room E (second floor). Online link will be sent closer to the meeting.
      3. We are investigating possible dates for ICON 50. Possibly moving to avoid having to wait for the Iowa football schedule to be decided. A 2026 calendar is being created with conventions and local events that may conflict and should be avoided.
