    1. Need to send out calendar updates for meetings

    1. New locks and keys have been made
    2. Contact Jenny if you are going into the locker
    3. AnimeIowa and ICON logistic coordinators and a member of ConCom needs to contact Jenny and go through the locker totes owned by your project. It can wait till Spring
  4. Convention Reports-All conventions are looking for additional help
    1. Gamicon (March 6th to 8th 2026)
      1. Making space to see if we could except more merchants
      2. Next Jan 4 at Tim’s house at 271 Wiley Blvd NW Cedar Rapids, IA and online at 6pm
      3. Looking into doing box lunch for vendors

      1. Board Game Library was inventoried and culled

        1. Looking for a date in January or early February that works for people
        2. Assistance with inventory would be greatly appreciated
        3. Video Game Library is still looking for people to help with running the Video Game Room at Gamicon.
