Responsible for working with staff, hotel and Mindbridge to make sure that all equipment and materials get on- and off-site to the correct locations.
Responsible for the ICON copy of the storage locker key, and coordinating all staff locker needs.
Responsible for reserving and acquiring a truck for pack-in and pack-out, and returning truck when done.
Works with volunteer coordinator to get volunteers for pack-in and pack out.
Works with concom to coordinates pre-con dinner for volunteers helping with pack-in, and thank you’s for pack-out volunteers (dead dog party)
Assists with acquisition of items on-site that may have been missed or can’t be found.

A $100 check is required when the truck is picked up. The balance needs to be paid within 3 days or there is a $30 service fee added. We give them a $200 check and they refund the difference.
