Dealers Room - needs lots of updates
The dealer coordinator is responsible for selling the vendor table space available.
They will contact first from the list of past vendors, then, if space is available, fill that space with other vendors.
Responsible for having a signed contract, and making sure that the fees are collected. Works with treasurer to acquire sales tax forms, and makes sure that the sponsor (vendor) report is filled out and returned to treasurer for filing with state. Assigns dealer locations.
Responsible for vendor tables signage.
Responsible for making sure someone is on site during setup to direct vendors to their tables and assist them with pack-in, parking and pack-out.
Coordinates with security to make sure that the vendor space is secure after hours.
