Room Parties
Responsible for coordinating room parties at ICON.
Works with webmaster, other conventions and private parties to schedule room parties.
Coordinates with hotel coordinator to make sure those parties are assigned to appropriate rooms.
May institute contests or other fun stuff with said parties.
Oversees the parties and works with security coordinator to address concerns.
