Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the ICON website.

Work with registration and treasury to make sure web registration is working smoothly and correctly.

Works with staff to make sure information on site is correct and current.

Works with Programming coordinator to help gather programming suggestions.

Responsible for making sure domain name and web hosting is paid and up to date.

PayPal

Configure PayPal to accept pre-registrations for upcoming convention and shut off pre-registration at the pre-reg cut off date set by ConCon and Registration.

Insure Registration gets notified of each pre-registration sold through PayPal.

Configure PayPal to accept payments for Dealers Tables and send notifications to Dealer coordinator

Transfer PayPal funds to checking account monthly and report to treasurer of amount.
