1. Call to order at 7:00pm.
2. Minutes from last meeting were waived, and waived at.
3. Treasurer's Report was not read. We are adding money.

4. AnimeIowa
   1. We had fun.
   2. Hotel bill is less than last time.
   3. AnimeIowa Post Mortem is October 11th

   3. 7 tables sold until new mail comes (Josh says 32 tables promised to sell.)
   4. It's still going to happen.
6. Gamicon
   1. The IMU will be open for Gamicon. No location changes at all so far known.
   2. Talking to hyperion games as potential guests.
7. Pre-planning Committee Report
   1. Still taking nominations for new MB pre-planning member.
8. Old Business
   1. Volunteer Points
      1. Be sure to get your points in
      2. Points for attending meetings too, take meeting attendance.
   2. Newsletter Proposal
      1. Revisit later in the meeting
   3. Mindbridge First Aid Kit
      1. Who has it?
   4. Larger Storage Locker
      1. Current storage locker costs $225 for three months (or maybe it's $260 for 4 months)
      2. Marty will look into costs for larger storage locker
      3. We may need something bigger in the not too distant future
   5. Scholarship Proposal
      1. Policy is that we can't give money away
      2. Does it need to be an entire con in the bank?
      3. Perhaps get concom, etc, to talk worst case scenario
      4. Mindbridge accounts have $72344.89
      5. Moved to vote for the cap to be $100,000.00, seconded, approved.
9. New Business
   1. Bylaws, Board Meetings
      1. Proposed to update bylaws
      2. Have board meeting or something similar at ICON
      3. Nominated Josh for the new board position from Bryon's resigned position
      4. Ryan was nominated for Jennifer's upcoming open position
   2. Look into some kind of thick plastic card for con badges
10. Announcements
    1. Mindbridge Book Discussion will be Monday,. September 15 @ 6pm at Coffetalk Cafe on Kirkwood Blvd in Cedar Rapids.
